Globewell Partners today announced the acquisition of Alamo Blinds, a leading local supplier and manufacturer of blinds, shutters, curtains and awnings in the Wokingham, Reading and Bracknell areas. Alamo Blinds have over 25 years of experience offering a bespoke service to customers, enhancing their homes and workplaces. With the largest showroom in the area they have a comprehensive range of products to offer all domestic and commercial customers.
After trading from the premises in Matthewsgreen Road, Wokingham for over 20 years the company moved to the current Reading Road showroom in 2013. At the end of 2015 the company celebrated independence from their franchise which meant they could offer customers exactly the same products as before, but in addition, an even wider choice of blinds, curtains, awnings, and shutters sourced from all major suppliers. The business since then has grown from strength to strength and both Ben and Mitesh saw the opportunity to increase their presence in the South East when Shaun connected with the team and explained his retirement ambitions.
