Globewell Partners today announced the acquisition of Innovation Blinds, a Wivelsfield based supplier and installer of blinds, shutters, awnings and other window coverings to customers across Sussex. This acquisition further develops the firms strategy of building a portfolio of businesses within the sector. This acquisition marks the 5th group acquisition by the team and the first in the South East of the UK.
Innovation Blinds was founded in 2008 by Jeff and Ann Allen and has grown to become one of the leading made to measure blind suppliers within the region, thanks to its strong brand identity and customer following. The transaction will allow Jeff and Ann to retire, whilst their daughter and Operations Director Katie, has been appointed as managing director of Innovation Blinds. Katie looks forward to continuing to work within the business under new ownership.
